This one is a no fuss recipe, with a delicious result. The ingredients are simple, most of which are found in the everyday kitchen pantry. But it comes with a little warning… The incredibly appetizing smell can become addicting, so cook with caution.
Dry off your pork loin with a paper towel and make 1.5cm cuts into the meat.
Chop your garlic and mix it with wine, butter, mustard, salt, and seasonings.
Rub the marinade onto your pork loin and tightly wrap it into the buttered foil. Marinate for at least an hour before cooking.
Preheat the oven to 180C degrees and lay your wrapped pork in the oven (still wrapped in foil). Cook for about an hour.
After that, widen the foil and cook for about 40 mins more.
Take it out of the oven and let the pork rest for about 20mins. Cut it into preferred pieces and enjoy the result!
